DISTINCTIONS – Guntis Kumačevs (Latvia) and Won Lim (South Korea)
Special prize for the best conductor, selected by members of the Concert Wind Orchestra of the Representative Artistic Ensemble of the Polish Army Forces – Hirokazu Amakasu (Japan)
Special prize for the best Polish conductor – Justyna Chmielek-Korbut
